Jake From State Farm Gives Serena Savings

I guess State Farm’s new campaign with Jake shows him and the individual people he helps. The breathy and calming Serena is pampering Jake at a spa and offers him 10 free minutes in a broth bath or a complimentary wet moss wrap to thank him for the savings. Of course, those savings are for everyone, which causes Serena to briefly change to an incredulous tone. Jake is played by Kevin Mimms…anyone know who Serena is?
