Allstate: This Woman Drives Around With Her House, As “Our House” Plays

“Our House” is a fun, iconic, ’80s song that’s also become overused in pop culture and advertising. But when Allstate demonstrates their bundling feature by showing a woman towing her beautiful blue house with her small Prius (the same color!), it works and is pretty amusing. And that poor paperboy pedaling along and trying to get the paper on the porch…haha. Though I’ve definitely seen the whole “literally moving the house” thing in an ad before, and it’s bothering me that I don’t remember what it was for. Erin Alexis is the woman driving. Allstate took this one down for a while, and then re-uploaded with new spokesperson Alicia Keys.
